- The management of Agroquímica Sud
S.A. is committed to the commercialization
of liquid chemical and petrochemical products in compliance
with the specifications of origin and to providing
logistic and warehousing services to the full satisfaction
of its customers.
- We seek to support this quality policy
with implementation and the continuous improvement
of our quality management system.
- In order to follow-up on our quality management
system, we have established goals and targets,
with their respective deadlines, owners and indicators
to quantify the continuous improvement achievements.
- The appropriateness and effectiveness of
this quality policy and of our quality system
is monitored by different management reviews.
- This quality policy is shared with all of
our staff, making sure that everyone at Agroquímica
Sud S.A. understands it and takes ownership.

Health and Environmental Policy. |

At Agroquímica Sud S.A., it has been defined
that safety at the workplace, the health of our human
resources and the preservation of the environment
are part of our management priorities.
We are fully persuaded that the health of our employees
as well as safety at the workplace and the environment
are the foundations for a better quality of life,
both for the individuals and for the community and
that they contribute without any doubt to the success
of the Company.

of Environmental
Policy. |

Agroquímica Sud S.A. has committed
itself to maintaining its environmental policy for
the long term in order to reduce the environmental
impacts its activity might produce.
This requires to maintain the quality levels attained
and the profitability of the company.
Efforts are focused on preventing contamination and
in particular on avoiding spills, leakages and fires,
not neglecting other environmental aspects.
Objectives, targets and improvement goals and deadlines
are set in order to assess the performance of this
policy.
Both, our environmental policy and the environmental
management system are documented by the environmental
policy, procedures and guidelines manual which is,
in turn, continuously improved by management reviews
which are communicated to all our employees.
Our commitment is to comply at least with the effective
environmental legislation and with any other obligation
that Agroquímica Sud S.A. may acquire in the
future.

the public.
